How To Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

Having trouble cancelling or rescheduling an appointment? We can help walk you through it!

First up, log in to your Manduu app. You should see a page like this:

From here, press the grey button with the bicep icon labelled “MY TRAINING.” It should bring you to your Schedule Overview.

On your Schedule Overview page, you can see your next appointments, how to book a new appointment, and the last appointments you attended.

For right now, let’s look at the “MY NEXT APPOINTMENTS” section. Tap on the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule.

It will expand to show these options:

If you wish to reschedule, tap the white button “RESCHEDULE.”

If you wish to cancel, tap the green “CANCEL” button.

If you choose to cancel, it will ask for confirmation.

After confirming, the app will verify the cancelation.

Remember, appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the original appointment.

And, as always, don’t forget to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to get changed and run InBody™  before your session.

We all know that we should be working out. I doubt anyone questions the benefits of staying fit, exercising, building muscle and getting rid of unhealthy body fat. It all sounds good on paper until it’s time to actually do the work. Maybe you wake up one day and realize you haven’t exercised in years, and your body doesn’t move like it used to. Others may be coping with a substantial injury or chronic pain that makes working out seem impossible. Oftentimes the idea of becoming fit again is so overwhelming that you don’t even know where to start.

From Your Williamson: Why Do We Need Muscle?

The human body is made to move, to be active. To make this happen, we need muscle.
Unfortunately, many of us do not have enough muscle to allow us to do the kinds of things we want to do. When our muscles are weak, we feel old and tired. When we don’t have enough muscle mass, we cannot lose weight, our immune system can suffer and many of our daily activities become almost impossible. So, what is the answer?

From Your Williamson: VISCERAL FAT: What is it, and how does it affect your health?

Many people are amazed at how much fat a human being can store. We are born with a certain number of fat cells in our bodies, and this number can actually increase during obesity. The fat that we use to store calories is called white fat, which is found almost everywhere in our body. The fat that we can pinch, see and feel is called peripheral – or subcutaneous – fat. The other type of white fat is inside our body cavity and surrounds our internal organs. It’s called visceral fat, and in this case, what you can’t see can hurt you.

From StyleBlueprint: The Life-Changing Fitness Option You’ve Never Heard Of

Daphne Lynch was like many of us who wrestle with chronic orthopedic issues — the aching back, the chronic knee pain. She’d sit on the edge of the bed for a few minutes before slowly putting her feet down on the floor to start the day. As a 60-something-year-old new grandmother, she wanted to find a way to ensure she’d be able to play with 1-year-old Bennett as he started to walk.

From FOX 17: New fitness option in Brentwood promises to cut down on time at the gym

A new fitness offering in Brentwood and Green Hills brings European technology to the United States with a promise to get fit in a fraction of the time someone normally spends at the gym.

The “too good to be true” suggestion of fitness in 15 minutes puts the proof in its numbers. Muscle mass and body fat are measured after each workout as 55 million sessions have sold around the globe.

Manduu uses electric muscle stimulation to send pulses throughout a vest that contracts and elongates muscles, breaking down the tissue to more effectively and efficiently build new mass.
