How To Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment

 

 

 

 

 

Having trouble cancelling or rescheduling an appointment? We can help walk you through it!

First up, log in to your Manduu app. You should see a page like this:

From here, press the grey button with the bicep icon labelled “MY TRAINING.” It should bring you to your Schedule Overview.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

On your Schedule Overview page, you can see your next appointments, how to book a new appointment, and the last appointments you attended.

For right now, let’s look at the “MY NEXT APPOINTMENTS” section. Tap on the appointment you want to cancel or reschedule.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It will expand to show these options:

If you wish to reschedule, tap the white button “RESCHEDULE.”

If you wish to cancel, tap the green “CANCEL” button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you choose to cancel, it will ask for confirmation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After confirming, the app will verify the cancelation.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remember, appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the original appointment.

And, as always, don’t forget to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to get changed and run InBody™  before your session.
